Many are traditionally natural processed (dried with the fruit intact), enhancing their fruit-forward profiles.​

South American coffees, predominantly Arabica, are known for their consistent quality, balanced profiles, and often a comforting sweetness.
Asia & Pacific: Bold, Earthy, and Unique
Coffee from this region often stands out with its distinctive heavy body, low acidity, and earthy, spicy, or even herbaceous notes, largely due to unique processing methods like wet-hulling.
